I’m excited to invite you to join me in an initiative that’s incredibly close to my heart. As part of my ongoing work in trauma-informed peacebuilding and my involvement with the UN Napoli Action Plan against incitement to violence and hate speech, I’ve taken a bold step to contribute even further. , I’ve joined the Wealthy Woman Vault 2.0, an initiative that ties financial empowerment to the larger goal of transforming power dynamics worldwide.
Within the Vault I’m offering a transformative course on how to navigate difficult conversations in an increasingly triggered world—a skill that has never been more necessary.
This isn’t just a course—it’s a crucial part of our collective mission to create understanding, reduce conflict, and drive meaningful change.
In my work across conflict zones with international organizations, I’ve seen firsthand how most economic empowerment projects for women focus on micro-level initiatives. While these projects provide short-term support, they often keep women in traditional, limited roles, without challenging the broader cultural and patriarchal structures that restrict their potential.
I joined the Wealthy Woman Vault initiative because we need to think bigger. We need to empower women not just to survive, but to thrive—to become financially independent, to take on leadership roles, and to create sustainable change in their communities. I definitely needed to learn that from the other 44 amazing teachers that joined me in the vault!
Did you know that many women—whether navigating daily life in conflict zones or leading successful careers—often don’t have a clear financial plan?
It’s not because we’re incapable, but because so few of us were ever taught how to manage, grow, and secure our finances. I joined this initiative because we need to think bigger. We need to empower women not just to survive, but to thrive—to become financially independent, to take on leadership roles, and to create sustainable change in their communities. The Wealthy Woman Vault is designed to help women everywhere gain the financial knowledge, skills, and mindset to break free from these traditional boundaries and embrace their full potential.
That’s why the Wealthy Woman Vault was created—a unique resource that addresses all three levels of learning. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your understanding, the Vault offers courses that equip you with the knowledge, develop the skills, and help shift the attitudes (and trauma related to money!) needed for lasting financial empowerment.
Accessible from anywhere, the Vault is designed to meet you where you are—whether in the comfort of your home or navigating challenging environments. It’s a space to learn at your own pace, on your own terms, and start building a secure financial future! it’s time to Break free from these traditional boundaries and embracing your full potential.
Why this matters now more than ever?
- Empowerment Through Financial Literacy: The Vault isn’t just about managing money; it’s about gaining the knowledge to take control of your financial future. This is a foundational step in ensuring that women have the power to influence both personal and political landscapes.
- Agency and Influence: Financial independence isn’t just about personal success—it’s about having the confidence and resources to advocate for ourselves and for others. It strengthens our ability to contribute to critical conversations and make a meaningful impact on global issues, including violence and inequality.
- Impactful Change: The Napoli Plan of Action which I’m deeply involved in, recognizes that women’s financial empowerment is key to ending cycles of violence and oppression. When women gain economic independence, they are not only more resilient to gender-based violence but also become stronger voices in peacebuilding and decision-making processes. Financial stability allows women to challenge harmful power dynamics, advocate for systemic change, and contribute to reducing hate speech and violence in their communities. This is precisely why putting financial tools in the hands of women is so critical.
Today, I joined the all-day sessions and was inspired by the shared commitment to transformation. I feel called to invite you to be part of this powerful journey. You can still catch all the recordings of today’s sessions and dive right in!
